DOVESHIRE ACADEMY / LEGAL

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 2, 2026

Website use, course enquiries and the conditions to confirm before enrollment.

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the Doveshire Academy website and enquiries about its online educational courses. Doveshire Academy offers digital learning for practical knowledge and professional skills. Browsing the website does not create an enrollment agreement. A paid enrollment requires separately confirmed course details, price, delivery arrangements and acceptance. Specific terms agreed for an enrollment apply to that service, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Website use

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information in actual communications. Do not impersonate another person, share someone else’s account credentials, submit malicious files or interfere with site security. A person entering a paid agreement must have the legal capacity to do so, or involve an appropriately authorized parent, guardian or representative. Availability must be confirmed; a course description does not guarantee a place.

3. Course formats and scope

Available formats are Self-Paced Online Course, Instructor-Supported Online Course, Professional Skills Program, Private Online Training Package and Intensive Learning Program. General descriptions are not complete syllabuses. Before paying, confirm the subject, learning objectives, prerequisites, materials, access period, included support and any session dates. Private and intensive services need an agreed focus and schedule. Lifetime access, unlimited support and extra sessions are not included unless expressly agreed.

4. Enquiries and the form

The demonstration form validates entries and displays a confirmation on the same page. It does not transmit a message, create an account, reserve a course or take payment. Choosing a program is an enquiry selection rather than a purchase. For an actual enquiry, use the email address below. Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers or unnecessary sensitive information into this form.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are in USD: Self-Paced Online Course, $550 per course; Instructor-Supported Online Course, $750 per course; Professional Skills Program, $1,100 per program; Private Online Training Package, $650 per package; Intensive Learning Program, $1,250 per program. Applicable taxes and any agreed additions must be disclosed before payment. Payment instructions and enrollment acceptance are confirmed separately. A later price change does not alter an already accepted enrollment without agreement.

6. Access and learner responsibilities

Check device, internet and any course-specific software requirements before enrollment. Access is for the enrolled learner unless otherwise agreed. Keep credentials private, follow access instructions and allocate time for study. Report persistent access problems with relevant details but without sharing passwords. Your pace and results depend on prior knowledge, participation and individual circumstances. No employment, income or professional outcome is guaranteed.

7. Scheduling and changes

For supported, private or intensive learning, confirm the time zone, session dates and rescheduling procedure. Attendance and missed-session conditions should be provided before payment. A material change to an agreed service should be discussed with the learner, including a reasonable alternative and any legally required remedy. Website maintenance or third-party connectivity problems may affect access; notify the academy if an issue persists.

8. Cancellation, refunds and concerns

Ask for the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to the selected course before paying. This website does not impose an invented fixed refund window or a blanket no-refund rule. Agreed conditions should address the start date, access already provided and sessions delivered, while preserving applicable consumer rights. Raise a service concern with the enrollment reference, relevant facts and requested resolution. The demonstration form creates no charge.

9. Educational scope

Courses support practical knowledge and professional development. Unless specifically documented, they are not represented as accredited degrees, government-recognized qualifications or professional licenses. Ask about any assessment or completion record before enrollment. Courses do not replace regulated professional advice. Check independently whether a course meets an external requirement that matters to you. Illustrative pictures do not establish a physical campus or an institutional affiliation.

10. Intellectual property

Protected website and course materials belong to their respective rights holders. Enrolled learners may use supplied materials for personal study within the agreed license. Do not redistribute, resell or publicly share restricted materials without permission, subject to lawful exceptions. Learners retain rights in their own original work. Sending an exercise or question does not authorize the academy to publish it as marketing or a testimonial.

11. Images and learner voices

The design uses generated editorial images. They are illustrations, not evidence of specific facilities, staff or student events. The Learner Voices section contains visibly labeled fictional demonstration reviews. They do not represent actual customer experiences or verified testimonials. Any later publication of real feedback should accurately represent the learner’s experience and permission. The examples do not establish completed enrollments or guaranteed results.

12. Privacy, responsibility and disputes

Information actually received is addressed in the Privacy Policy. Hosting and enabled third-party services may have their own terms. Nothing here excludes responsibility for fraud or a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed. First raise concerns directly with the academy. Kentucky law applies to the extent permitted by law, without removing mandatory protections applicable to consumers elsewhere.

13. Updates

These website terms take effect on October 2, 2026. Formation of the company on September 30, 2026 does not itself establish an earlier policy date. Material changes affecting an existing enrollment should be communicated appropriately and do not automatically replace agreed terms. Changes to the sending form, payment process or delivery services may require revised terms before use.
